No idea ! On their website, they say it should work with any game.

You can download the demo of NSR and try it.

I have heard the LCD compatible glasses are very average in terms of picture quality but please let us know ?

I have the CRT glasses but my CRT monitor is in the garage. Im sure it will work but just like this TRACKIR gimmick its good to show off but you probably wont use it when playing on a regular basis.

You may want to dump the glasses and try this dual monitor setup up with some silvered (one way glass) inbetween. The effect is supposed to be awesome. Then you use the polarised glasses instead.. You will need 2 old style LCD monitors and 7000 series card since the newer drivers do not support 3d glasses.

havent been able to get the glasses to work under XP because I have a nvidia 8800GT and LCD monitor and nvidia don't make the 3D stereo program for the latest cards and LCD's only the older 6 and 700 series and the makers of the glasses ask you to uninstall the nvidia drivers and use their drivers what are a joke tryed that and no games would load, BUT nvidia do make a 3D stereo program for vista and I run both vista and xp.

The results are not what I expected but not bad under vista and then again there going for $70 US and the top ones are around the $400 mark and I think the 3D monitors would be better option.

Apparently there is a guide in the forums here that will get the glasses working in XP
http://www.mtbs3d.com/

You should be able to use your glasses with a CRT. The picture should be much better.

After looking on the mtbs3d site and doing lots of searching finaly found out NO 3D glasses will work with an LCD monitor { except the 3D monitors } because of the low refresh rate, mine has a max of 75 as do most and you need at least 100 to 120 for good 3D so I've decided to buy a second monitor off ebay for $100 it's a 22inch CRT COMPAQ P1220 with trinitron tube
and a refresh rate of 120 and is a professional monitor that retailed for $900 in 2001

From what I found out there is an LCD due out this year with a 120 refresh rate but I bet it will cost an arm and leg to buy.

Merry Christmas Everyone :D

Bad news with NSR and 3D.

After re-installing the 91.31 drivers and connecting up my old crt I finally got a couple of games working with my old 3d glasses.

When I tried NSR though the screen would lock up.. I could still hear sound in the background but I could not get back out to the game or back to windows even with Ctrl-ald-del.

I tried with Ctrl-T and also with always enabled mode. In always enabled I got the track displayed in 3D but when I pressed accept to actually start the game it would just freeze up..

I was really hanging out to get it going in combination with Freetrack....

Oh well.

Merry Christmas Everyone too !

It's a pitty 3D glasses don't work with NSR, I'm sure it would be a very funny experience, and that it would add something to the game play.
Thanks for trying and for sharing your experience...

I guess we'll have to wait for 3D screens, or maybe if a glasses manufacturer sends us some devices, we'll have a look...

Guys I actually got it working thanks to some guys at Guru3d here

I am using the 163.71 forceware drivers and the Stereo 16250 panel drivers..

The trick is to enable stereo (Ctrl-T) when the map loads. This will keep it on during the game. Loading it during the race causes a lock up.

I also got it going with Freetrack Wii tracking and the immersion was excellent.. I still dont believe Roll axis is working (can you pls check the code) besides that it was great fun...

I recommend everyone giving it a go if you have some old shutter glasses :D

P.S. Multiplay - Multiplay - Multiplay.. No pressure 8)

I'm using NVIDIA_3D_Vision_CD_v1.10_WinVista_Win7_English (3DVision_190.38) and NSR is running very great in 3D!

I was gonna try the newest Nvidia drivers that I've read support stereo 3D and has a "try" feature for use with anaglyph glasses but was disappointed that it requires Vista for that option. iZ3D drivers do work with XP however and the anaglyph output driver is free so everyone with 3d color glasses should give it a try. iZ3D worked great with my VR920 and it's 3D parameters can be set in real time.

I read in an Amazon review of the ED shutterglasses that the iZ3D driver works with it and has better game support than the ED driver but you have to download a file from the iZ3D site; a "manual activator" intended for "testing" to manually activate the glasses and use pageflip mode to play games with iZ3D. I don't have PC shutter glasses so I don't can't really confirm this. I do however have shutter glasses with a VFX 3D Converter for my CRT TV which works great for 3d movies, fair for real time 3d conversion of TV, and good for 3d conversion of console games though all I got's a Dreamcast to play Re-Volt and Rez.

Here's a recording of 3D game play in NSR JUMP IT UP using the iZ3D anaglyph driver set for red/cyan glasses:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oh1eLO5Luw (3d viewing requires red/blue anaglyph glasses)
iZ3D currently doesn't work with fraps for me so I recorded the tv-out of my video card which is a poor signal but at least it worked.

Hi,

I'm also using 3d shutter glasses with my geforce 7700go and 162.50/162.50 driver combo (Win XP). I just tried NSR with it. It took a while getting the right settings.

Looks great! 8)

Been awhile since I first started this post but I now have a Samsung 120HZ monitor and the Nvidia 3D glasses kit so I thought I would try nitro stuntracing but every time I install the game on Windows 7 I'm getting an error message from windows saying the program was not installed correctly and the game will not start. ?
